HKSI Licensing Examination Program

A new single licensing regime was introduced under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) which came into operation on 1 April 2003. To comply with this licensing regime, the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI) launched the Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries (LE) in June 2003. This practical, market focused examination was developed with the assistance of regulators, academics and practitioners drawn from across the financial services industry.

The LE is HKSI’s benchmark qualification for market practitioners. This practical, market focused programme covers a series of examinations in different regulated activities. It is advised that market participants check with the Securities and Futures Commission regarding the specific examination requires for the issuance of a license in each designed regulated activity.In order to meet the growing demand of people who join the financial industry, and for the full-time students in universities and colleges to well-prepared to join to the financial industries, namely banking, securities, fund management and insurance, by taking the LE, We (INNOTRAIN CONSULTANCY LIMITED) prepares to conduct a series of preparation courses for HKSI LE, to assist people or students to get prepared to take and finally pass the required examinations.

We selected tutors have extensive teaching experiences in the HKSI LE preparation courses conducted in other institutes, as well as other financial courses in universities. They all have been teaching licensing examinations for securities brokers and representative organized by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and the Foundation Programme Examination (FPF) (the former licensing examination) organized by HKSI, since 1997.
